We charge $75 for a house or office service call which includes the first hour of service - this is the minimum charge for on-site service.  Afterwards, our rate is $75 per hour and we charge an additional $25 for every 20 minutes of service provided.

For example, a house or office call completed in:

• 1 hour costs $75.

• 2 hours costs $150.

• 2.33 hours costs $175.

Payment is due immediately at the completion of the service call unless another  option has been approved.  We only accept cash or personal checks.
