We provide on-site service to clients in Monroe County and nearby areas of surrounding counties.

Hours of operation

8 AM - 6 PM, Monday - Friday; evenings and weekends by appointment.

Hourly Rate

Our minimum charge for on-site service calls is one hour of labor. After the first hour, we charge by the quarter-hour.

Payment options

Residential customers can pay by cash or check. Invoicing is available for our busines clients.

Business Networks - $100/hr.
We have experience setting up and maintaining everything from large, multi-server networks, through medium-sized, single-server networks, to small, peer-to-peer networks.

Business Workstations - $100/hr.
Your servers may seem like the most important part of your network, but the individul PCs in your business are where the real work happens. Don't neglect them!

Home Computers - $90/hr.
If you're just getting started with a new PC at home, or if you're having trouble with one you've had for years, we can help.

Home Theater - $90/hr.
We can help you set up an HDTV, design a home theater, or even get you started in home automation.
