Why should I hire KNR Computer Service?
Technology is great until it stops working! It’s frustrating enough when your laptop or computer isn’t working properly. It’s also inconvenient to unplug your computer, drive it to a repair shop then wait a week for it to be diagnosed or fixed.

That’s why we provide on-site computer service – there’s no need to worry about disconnecting wires and cords or wondering where to plug them back in. In most cases, we can diagnose and resolve issues during our standard one hour service call for residential and small business customers.

Our solid reputation and superior business practices are the foundation of our business. By providing responsive, friendly and knowledgeable service, we aim to relieve your frustration and ensure you are completely satisfied.

When do you schedule appointments?
We schedule on-site appointments Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM. Weekend and evening service calls are available by appointment.

What is your service area?
We provide on-site service to home and business customers located within a 25-mile radius of Rochester, NY, in Monroe County and parts of Livingston and Ontario County. We do not charge a travel fee within Monroe County, but reserve the right to do so for calls in other counties.

What are your hourly rates and payment options?
We charge $90 for an on-site house or office call, which includes the first hour of service. This is the minimum charge for on-site service. After the first hour, we charge an additional $30 for every 20 minutes of service provided. In most cases, we can diagnose and resolve the issue within the first hour but this depends on the situation. We always include FREE telephone and e-mail support with our service. Cash or check is accepted and payment is expected at the time service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
