SERVICE REQUEST
KNR Computer Service provides on-site service to residential and small business customers located within a 25-mile radius of Rochester, NY. We also provide service to residents in some parts of Livingston and Ontario County.

We schedule on-site appointments Monday-Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM. Weekends and evenings by appointment.

Customer service is our top priority. While we make every effort to respond to you as quickly as possible, on occasion we may return your call on the next business day.

In most cases, we will respond on the same business day, typically within 2 hours of your call. We try our hardest to schedule all service calls within 24-48 hours of receiving your service request.
